Golf
Home to the Costa Adeje Golf course with 18 championship holes and a separate 9 hole course. Designed by renowned golf architect Jose Gancedo, and inaugurated in 1998, the land was previously a banana plantation and the natural features have been integrated into the course.
This, along with spectacular sea views and a challenging terrain, makes the course well worth a visit.
Gymnasiums
There are several gymnasiums & sports facilities on the doorstep which you can use on a pay as you go basis, including Tenerife Top Training (T3), an award winning establishment which is host to many International sports personalities.
Watersports
The wonderful expansive coastline consists of some fabulous beaches at Playa Del Duque, Playa Del Fañabe and Torviscas, there are also many hidden coves which make for the perfect exclusive sunbathing areas. The beaches all offer various water-sports including Para-gliding, jet-ski’s, banana boats and more. In addition to the this there are lots of relaxing excursions that you could take advantage of, take a boat trip and do a bit of whale and dolphin spotting or get your snorkel and head off to swim with the turtles, there really is something for everyone.
Other
There is no excuse not to keep up your fitness levels, as you can find tennis courts, padel tennis, swimming pools, and of course beautiful walks around the area.
The Costa Adeje promenade can offer the ultimate dining experience from mingling with the celebrities in 5* restaurants to sampling some of the famous Canarian chicken at Fañabe or try the fantastic fish restaurants of La Caleta.
You can be as indulgent as you so wish but equally if you just want a cheap bite it is not difficult to find either.
With all tastes and nationalities catered for you will never get bored or go hungry and if you have no appetite then how about chilling out with a nice, cool, refreshing cocktail and watching the sun go down behind the Atlantic Ocean.
In the same area is a new sports centre for international athletes to train. Recently opened, it has already played host to Championship League teams from the UK as well as a host of Olympians. Don’t be surprised to see a familiar face or two as you sip a cocktail on La Caleta’s seafront!
There is a selection of shops, bars & restaurants within the village, as well as a chemist and doctor (private), ensuring everything is on your doorstep, however if you should choose to venture in to the busier resorts of Costa Adeje, Playa de Las Americas, or Los Cristianos, they are all close at hand. Or if you are planning on getting out and about to explore, all excursions will pick up from the resort..
