Mr & Mrs Moore who purchased on Palm Ridge Hi Lee, We would just like to thank you and the team at the Tenerife Property Shop for making both the sale of our apartment and purchase of our new house so easy and straightforward. After the excellent service we received from you five years ago when we first purchased our apartment, we never contemplated using anyone else when we decided to sell and buy a house. You not only found a buyer but also the ideal house in the ideal location for us. You took the time to find out what sort of property we wanted so there was no time wasted in looking at unsuitable properties. The service we have received from everyone at TPS has been outstanding, you are always on the end of the phone if we ever need to ask anything - and we do often! Laurence in the office at San Blas is just the best, she is lovely and so helpful, any information we need or insurance arranging, she just is great. Elena in the office at Las Americas has kept us up-to-date with the progress of the sale and purchase, and again, any questions we had she just emails straight back. Can’t see us ever moving from our new house so won’t need to use TPS again but we will (and do) recommend you to everyone! Thanks once again, Nick and Dawn
