Jan Le Bon who purchased on Golf del Sur We bought an apartment through this company at the end of last summer and they were excellent from start to finish, cannot thank our agent Steve and Elena and the team enough. Our main worries buying in Tenerife were being conned by a rouge agent and managing the official documentation etc, ie Notary, Nie.... Steve handled all this for us from start to finish and explained everything thoroughly. All we had to do was turn up and sign, he came with us to all appointments even helping with setting up a spanish bank accound and direct debits for the communal charge, basura, water etc - I would not consider anyone else and would be very happy to use them again.
