Just as good as a walk is a dip in the ocean. Don’t just perch on a bar stool watching the waves lap up on the shore… jump in! Better still, put on a snorkel and investigate the amazing undersea life. Swimming is great aerobic exercise for people of any age and there is no shortage of beaches on the island, we are surrounded by them.
