Tenerife International Property Awards

If you are buying an overseas property then who better to find the best real estate agent for you than the judges of the prestigious International Property Awards? The results of the Europe & Africa Property Awards 2010 in association with Bloomberg Television were recently announced at a high profile gala dinner at the Park Lane Hotel in London’s Mayfair, known throughout the industry as the ‘Real Estate Oscars’. This year one of the coveted awards went to an estate agent in Tenerife.

The first place five star award for Best real estate agent in the Canary Islands went to Tenerife Property Shop S.L. for their high levels of customer service and expertise. The company have been consistently recognised by the industry as one of the leading European estate agents. The 2010 award will join 27 other international awards in the company’s trophy cabinet, a remarkable achievement for a small family business.

Attending the prestigious gala ceremony to receive the award were Mary Spencer and Bruce Grindley, founders of Tenerife Property Shop. “It’s a great honour to receive an International Property Award and a real recognition of all the hard work and effort that goes into making sure that each and every client receives the best possible service and advice,” commented Bruce.

Mary looked to the future of the company, “With the next generation taking increasingly responsible roles in the company, it’s fantastic to see the quality of our service get better and better with each passing year. Competition for these awards gets stiffer as the companies continually up the ante, and we’re glad to see that Tenerife Property Shop not only keeps up with the best in the industry worldwide, but leads the way in quality and service.”
