As the New Year approaches, it’s natural to start thinking about how to better your life in the coming year. Leading Estate Agents, Tenerife Property Shop, released research results this week which show a dramatic increase in the number of people buying homes in the south with the intention of emigrating, rather than just for a holiday getaway. The research shows a thirty percent rise in Britons buying property in Tenerife with the intention of living here.
