Investors see good returns in Ocean Golf to a gecko?

A new development in the ever popular Golf Del Sur reached completion stages last week.  The second, and last, phase of Ocean Golf & Country Club is now being passed from the developers to eager owners with the help of Tenerife Property Shop S.L., the exclusive agents for the complex.

The transition is being managed by the company's award winning administration department who deal with all the banks, lawyers, developers and notaries on behalf of their clients.  One owner commented, 'We originally bought with the intention to sell before completion, but the regular updates and photos we received made us so enthusiastic about our new home that we changed our minds ' and here we are now, moving in.'

The history of Ocean Golf & Country Club has been a typical success story for Tenerife Property Shop and their clients.  Over thirty percent of those purchasing off plan had already cashed in on their investment before actual completion.  In some cases the apartments are on their third owners, and yet they are just about to be lived in for the first time.  The whole complex has been an investor's dream.

Of course not all buyers purchase for investment potential, as Damian Spencer, a senior sales advisor explained, 'One of the apartments was sold to a charming lady when it was still a building site because a gecko ran in front of her.  She said it was a sign of good luck, and signed the contract that day.'  Apparently another superstitious client buried lucky coins between the blocks in the wall of their apartment before it was rendered.  It would be nice to think that this contributed to the handsome return they realised on their apartment (they sold it before completion), but we suspect that most clients of Tenerife Property Shop are content to rely on the good advice that the company has to offer.

The latest development being managed by the company is San Blas Village, which is nestled between a stunning nature reserve and the ocean.  The linked villas will benefit from all of the amenities of a new five star hotel, including health spa, private beach club and even room service.  Clients will have all of the luxuries that they may be used to in an expensive hotel in the comfort of their own homes.  The village is tipped to be one of the best investments available on the island at the moment, attracting interest from many quarters.  Rumour has it that there may even be the odd good luck gecko scurrying around the site, which may inspire the more eclectic investor.
