Tenerife business invests in quality Tenerife Property Shop S.L. has announced a new initiative to further improve the quality of service to clients. The company is undertaking a complete audit of all its systems and procedures with a view to restructuring and improving. 'The process represents a serious investment in the company and our pursuit of excellence,' commented Mary Spencer, Director of Tenerife Property Shop.
The move is a very positive sign of the state of business in Tenerife. any businesses have grown on Tenerife into successful organisations, but have not kept up with the customer service ideals that are prevalent in larger economies. This is in part due to the isolation from the centres of commerce that companies on the islands experience. Quality management are buzzwords that have been motivating businesses to improve their service in the rest of the world, it is refreshing to see good business practice here in Tenerife, too. Mary went on to comment 'In many ways the development of a business is like a human being. Tenerife Property Shop has just celebrated eighteen years of successfully serving our clients in Tenerife. We now want to take the company to the next stage of growth. To do this, we need to ensure that our clients are satisfied. Our research shows that we already have the highest levels of repeat business from past clients, but we're not content to rest on our laurels. We are the best, but we can still get better.' The company have been servicing clients' property needs for the last eighteen years. |
