Property bites : viewing propertiesBefore viewing, try to be as clear in your mind as possible about what you want to buy. There's so much to see, you need to limit yourself as much as possible, or you will waste so much of your time and simply become frustrated.
Think about proximity to things you need such as beach, restaurants, supermarket, taxis, schools' the list goes on. Remember, if you're looking for somewhere to live permanently, you might need very different things to when you came on holiday. A successful agent will have many more properties on their books than they advertise. It's a good idea to contact one, meet and explain what you are looking for and discuss what they have to offer, rather than contacting many at the same time. |
