Just a short note to let you know how delighted we are with the property we are in the process of buying through you but most of all our extreme gratitude to Your sales advisor for his fantastic support and efforts way beyond the remit of his job. It was a genuine pleasure to go around the prospective properties with him and he was of enormous assitance to us in our endeavour to find a place in limited time. He gave up his bank holiday off and rearranged family commitments for us and held our place in line for our NIE number at an ungodly hour as well as assisting us with language barrier opening a bank account etc. We are confident that the whole transaction will continue to progress smoothly but Just wanted you to know of the second to none service that your man gave us.
